Hello we are Jim and Penny Tozer and we have been living here in France since November 2004. During that time we have completely renovated our French holiday home Penny Cottage from top to bottom. We can now offer holiday accommodation in the Limousin to a very high standard.

Living room

There is a large comfortable suite in front of the inglenook and English satellite television. We have books, cards and board-games.

Dining Room

There is a large table for 6 people plus a high chair available should you need one. With Limoges china in the cupboard for that special dinner.

Holiday Cottage Kitchen

The kitchen in your holiday cottage is well equipped with a full size gas cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and all the things you need to cook for the family all week should you wish to.

Holiday Cottage Bedrooms

The three bedrooms in the holiday cottage all have electric heaters and ample storage plus comfortable beds with cotton sheets. Downstairs there is a double with a cot. Upstairs there is a double and a twin bedroom, both with vaulted ceilings.

The Bathrooms

Downstairs is a large bathroom with heated towel-rail. There is a shower over the bath. Also situated in the bathroom is a washing machine plus iron and ironing board should you need it.

In the Upstairs shower room there is also a heated towel-rail and a hair dryer in the cupboard.

Outside there is a garden & much, much more.

On the patio there is a large table to all dine outside in the sunshine, plus a barbecue. The large plunge pool is regularly maintained.

Here is a children's paradise where they can explore the wood and the secret lanes with no traffic or other people for Mum to worry about.

Adults enjoy wandering too as we have views in all directions, with lots of wild flowers, birds and deer to spot.

The stars and the sunsets are fantastic.

Learn more about growing your own vegetables or pick your own fruit when in season. We have apple, peach, nectarine, cherry, Mirabelle and fig trees.
