Terms and Prices
As we are registered and graded in France by Clevacances we think it is only fair to all our holiday makers to have the same payment terms.
Registration No. 19MS0150 Rated ***
A payment of 25% of the rent is required with the booking form. We will hold a provisional booking for 7 days subject to receipt of same.
Cancellation must be made by registered post and are date received basis.
Refund of deposit:- More than 3 months total refund.
2 - 3 months 75%
1 - 2 months 50%
Less than 1 month no refund.
Should we have to cancel you will receive 100% refund if unavoidable (e.g. cottage fire etc.) or 200% for other reasons.
(Hopefully neither will ever happen.)
The balance is payable in cash on arrival or bank transfer to be cleared the previous week.
We also ask for a security deposit of 150 euros which will be returned to you when you leave subject to damage or excess cleaning.
Payment is preferred in euros but please ask if you wish to pay in Pounds or dollars. See currency converter.

Low/Mid Season Breaks
September - June
We try to be flexible with arrival days and length of stay, so you can take advantage of cheap flights etc. at this time of the year. A discount is offered for longer lets and also if there are only two people staying. Remember all utilities are included in the rent.

Special Offers
We are offering a discount of 10% if only 2 people are visiting in Low or Mid season.
Or 3 weeks for the price of 2 excluding July and August.
